$44 first hour (minimum)

On-Site Service Call Fee:  $1.00 per mile based on round trip mileage.

SECURITY CHECK SCANS:  $45.00 minimum. Up to 2 hours.  (After 2 hours, $8/15 mins.)  Remote connection price.  Additional service (other than a scan) $8/15 mins.

TUNE UP SCANS:  $70.00 minimum. Up to 2.5 hours.  (After 2.5 hours, $8/15 mins.)  Remote connection price. Additional service (other than a scan) $8/15 mins.

REMOTE SUPPORT OPTIONS

Option 1: Telephone support is available at a charge of $10.00 per 15 minute increment. Short answers (less than 5 minutes) are charged $5.00. If I do not answer the phone when you call, please leave your name and telephone number and I will get back to you as soon as possible.

Option 2: Email your question to service@qcsnr.com. I will respond by email or call you if a telephone number is provided. A minimum charge of $10.00 per 15 minute increment applies.

Option 3: Remote connection is available to clients with high speed cable or DSL service. Support is available at a charge of $20.00 for the first 15 minute increment and then $10.00 for each additional 15 minute increment. A remote connection session allows me to connect to your computer and diagnose and fix the problem.

DROP OFF AT MY OFFICE

Save money; eliminate the service call fee by dropping off the computer at my office.  Call to schedule an appointment and get directions.

On-Site Visit Notes

Most services can be completed in your home, but some major rebuild, troubleshooting, and repair services may have to be completed at my office.

For clients with busy schedules, arrangements can be made to pick up and return your computer at your work place.

The Fine Print 

1 hour minimum charge for on-site services.

Tech Support: 15 minute minimum for Phone, Email and Remote Connection.

On-Site Service Call Fee Applies (waived for drop off).

Service Call Fee based on round trip mileage at $1.00 per mile.

After business hours service available at 2 times the specified price.
